Sales, Returns & Warranty Policy


This warranty is valid for the stated period of time printed on your Invoice and Order Confirmation email provided you were the original purchaser of the part. The part must be installed by a certified fridge mechanic. Home installation will be under general consumer guarantees. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.


If any part should fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal installation, use and service, please return it with your Original Invoice and Original Receipt within the warranty period to where it was purchased. Austwide Plastics does not condone the use of its producgts for any purposes other than fridges.


Austwide Plastics will offer exchanges and/or credits only. To obtain an exchange or credit, the customer must notity Austwide Plastics in writing, via e-mail within 14 days for a return autorization number. Austwide Plastics will NOT accept any returns or exchanges without prior authorization. Meerchandise nust be returned, in original and saleable condition and must not have been used or installed, along with your Order Invoice/Original Receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, there will be no exchanges or credits. No cash refund will be  offered and all sales are final.


All Austwide Plastics Parts must be installed properly for which they were designed. Improper installation voids any and all warranty coverage. Inatallation must be performed by certified technician. Home installation woids any and all warranty coverage except general consumer guarantees.


Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

* Failure due to damaged fridges
* Improper installation of the part including installation by anyone other
than a certified technician.
* Misuse, abuse, modification
* Chemical residue of certain cleaning solutions that interact with PVC
causing breakage due to brittleness.


This limited warranty represents the exclusive remedy failure and the total liability of Austwide Plastics for any part it warrants. Austwide Plastics MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED FOR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.


Most orders go out the first or second business day after being received, unless otherwise noted. Austwide Plastics reserves the right to  amend this policy at anytime and without prior notice.


Unless otherwise noted, items are shipped by the most economical means. We reserve the right to not ship on weekends.


Austwide Plastics inspects each product before it is shipped to make sure it leaves here undamaged. Obvious damage to package must be noted by the customer on the carrier’s bill of lading at the time of delivery. Hidden damage nust be reported to the carrier within (2) two business days. It is very important to retain the package and packaging materials in case of damage.


Cancelled order will be subject to a 10% cancellation fees.


If there is a problem with your order, please contact us. If we have made a mistake we will do our best to rectify it. If the mistake is not our fault and the parts are not defective, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (20%). All returns /exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt and all shipping pre-paid. Contact us for a return goods number. We do not accept returns without a return goods authorization number. This number is good for 14 days only. No item may be returned if it has been used, installed, disassembled, painted of altered in any way. The item must be in new re-sellable condition. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Austwide Plastics will offer exchanges and /or credits only.


Austwide Plastics takes every precaution to make sure its website and marketing materials are free of omissions, inaccuracies and typographical errors Austwide Plastics is not responsible for errors in pricing or other information and reserves the right to make changes at anytime and without prior notice.
