Terms of Service:
The following are the Terms of Service for use of the Austwide services. All users of this service are bound by these Terms of Service and we recommend it to be read carefully. The Terms of Service may be updated anytime and it is the responsibility of the user to review and follow such changes.
Membership:
To apply for an account, the applicant must submit the registration form with accurate, current and complete information. After the acceptance of the application, the new member will be assigned an account name and password. It is the responsibility of the member to maintain the confidentiality of the account and password and all activities that occur under that account or password. It is agreed that in the case of unauthorized use of the account or any other breach of security that Austwide be immediately notified.
Member Private Policy:
Austwide respects the privacy of its members and will not monitor or disclose any private e-mail message or personal information without its member’s prior permission, unless required by law, regulation, court order, or legitimate administrative purposes.
Limitation Of Liability:
Austwide will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage suffered by any member through the use of the service. Austwide does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. There is no warrant that information made available in the service will be correct, timely, accurate, suitable or reliable. Any use of such information is at the member’s own risk.
Indemnification:
All members agree to indemnify and hold Austwide, affiliates, officers, employees and other partners from any claim, demand or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the service.
Termination:
Austwide reserves the right to suspend access to any account or password at its discretion with or without notice to the user. If in Austwide Plastic’s reasonable opinion, the user breaches the terms or conditions, the user may lose access to the service.
Proprietary Rights:
The users acknowledge and agree that the content of the service may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary laws.
Austwide allows all users a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and licence to use the content on a single computer. However, users may not (or allow any third party) to modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way the content available through the service and its associated Web sites.
